Shipping options

Domestic shipping & pickup

Bill & Paul’s offers in-store pickup, standard domestic shipping, and free shipping on qualifying orders.

Standard orders ship in 1–3 days
  • In-store pickup is available at no charge.
  • Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $99 have shipping costs based on package size and selected delivery timing.
  • Orders placed after Friday afternoon may not ship until the next business day.
Special cases

Oversized, Alaska, and Hawaii orders

Some products and destinations need special handling outside standard checkout shipping.

  • Additional charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders.
  • Express delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Kayaks, SUP boards, some car rack products, and other oversized items may require special handling.
  • Oversized items can be purchased for in-store pickup or quoted through customer service.
  • Local delivery for oversized items may be available by request.
Returns & exchanges

30-day return window

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days with a valid receipt.

Sale items are final sale
  • Returns require a valid receipt less than 30 days from purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges can be handled at the store or through the mail.
  • Web orders do not receive free return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped.
  • Mailed returns should include a return form or note explaining the return and requested resolution.
  • Customers should use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

International and third-party shipping limits

Orders with shipping or billing addresses outside the US may not be processed, and some third-party forwarding arrangements may be refused.
