🏃 Get Ready for Robinette’s Orienteering Race! 🗺️

We are thrilled to partner up for the upcoming Michigan Adventure Race: Robinette’s Orienteering! Whether you are a seasoned navigator or looking for a fun weekend challenge with friends and family, this event is the perfect excuse to lace up your trail shoes and test your skills.

📅 Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026

  • Time: Flexible start waves between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM (All teams must return by 12:15 PM)

  • Location: Robinette’s Apple Haus & Winery, 3142 Four Mile Rd NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525

  • Distance: 4–5 miles of on-and-off-trail trekking across orchards, pine forests, a college campus, and sand dunes.


🎒 Gear Up at Bill & Paul's Sporthaus

To find those hidden checkpoints, you'll want to keep your eyes on the map and your footing secure. Stop by the shop before race day to grab your essentials:

  • Navigation: A reliable baseplate compass (highly recommended for the course!).

  • Footwear: Rugged trail running or hiking shoes to handle the mixed West Michigan terrain.

  • Hydration & Nutrition: Handheld flasks, hydration vests, and energy gels to keep your stamina up.


🏆 Prizes & Sweet Rewards

Push your limits because the top two finishers in each division will get to walk away with some awesome prizes, including Bill & Paul’s Sporthaus gift cards!

And the best part? Every participant gets to celebrate at the finish line with Robinette’s world-famous donuts and cider! 🍩🍏

  • Through July 31: $35

  • August 1–12: $40 (Registration closes August 12!)

  • Note: Racers 17 and under automatically get $10 off.

Divisions are open for Solos (Male/Female) and Teams of 2–5 (Male, Female, or Mixed).
