SPORTHAUS COLLECTION SHIPPING POLICIES

Bill & Paul's and Beyond offers the following shipping service options for domestic orders.

SHIPPING SERVICE OPTIONS:

  • IN-STORE PICK-UP: No charge. These orders require up to 6 hours to be processed. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $99: No Charge. Your order will ship within 1-3 days of placing your order. We do not offer weekend service, so orders placed between 2 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Monday will ship no sooner than Monday afternoon. Shipping may also be impacted by holidays and weather.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UNDER $99: Shipping cost calculated based on the size of the package and selection of delivery date. Your order will ship within 1-3 days of placing your order. We do not offer weekend service, so orders placed between 2 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Monday will ship no sooner than Monday afternoon. Shipping may also be impacted by holidays and weather.

ORDERS SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII 

Additional charges may apply to items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. If additional charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (M-F) once received.  Please note that express delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

billandpauls.com and Beyond cannot process orders using shipping or billing addresses outside the US.  We also do not offer shipping for phone or e-mail inquiries to addresses outside the US. 

OVERSIZED ITEMS

We do not ship kayaks, certain car rack products, SUP Boards, and other oversized or heavy items. These products can be purchased for in-store pick-up. For a shipping estimate on these items, please email your request to customerservice@billandpauls.com and provide the item number, your name, phone number, and shipping address.  Note: Providing a business address for delivery, rather than a home address, will result in a lower shipping quote. 

Local Delivery for Oversized Items is Available: 

We offer personal delivery of oversized items within 10 miles of Bill & Paul's by request. We charge a flat rate of $75. Please send requests to customerservice@billandpauls.com

3rd Party Shipping Services, Freight Forward Services, and Pack and Ship for Amazon Orders

billandpauls.com cannot and will not knowingly ship items to any of the above services or businesses or those performing similar functions. This is in direct violation of our valued dealer agreements. If we determine an order is being diverted to such an organization, we will cancel that order and notify the purchaser via e-mail. 

SPORTHAUS COLLECTION RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Trust Your Gear. Trust your Source.

We want you to be confident with your purchase from us. Bill & Paul's and Beyond accept returns and exchanges at either retail store, regardless of purchase location, as well as through the mail (see Vendor Warranty Claims for repairs). All returns and exchanges must have a valid receipt less than 30 days from purchase from either Bill & Paul's or Beyond.

Web Order Returns  Billandpauls.com follows the same policy as for our in-store customers. Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are sold as FINAL SALE and are not returnable for refund or credit. billandpauls.com does not provide free return shipping on web orders except if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item. In which case, please email customerservice@billandpauls.com to inform us of this error, and a call tag will be provided as soon as possible for the return or exchange of the misshipped item.

When mailing a return item to us, please include a completed return form (it will be included with your purchase). If you no longer have that form, please include a note explaining what you are sending, why you are sending it, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, and send it to:

Pricing & System Error Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing across our website. However, in the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, including a price of $0 due to a system or synchronization error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for such items.

No order for a product with an incorrectly listed price (including $0) shall be considered valid or binding until the correct price is confirmed and accepted by both parties. If an error occurs, customers will be notified, and the order will be canceled or corrected before fulfillment.
