Buffalo Hot Wing Jerky

This flavor started as a test batch, but can't no one keep a secret around these parts. Tastes like your buddy brought over a batch of wings with a slow-cooked buttery sauce. It's got bite, but doesn't overdo it. Some folks dunk it in ranch. Others just tear it open and keep moving right along.
