We built the Nano Puff® Hoody for climbers who needed a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that could stay warm even when wet and withstand seasons of use. Ever since, those same features have made it the uncontested favorite midlayer for just about any outdoor pursuit. With fit refinements for improved mobility, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, and a 100% recycled polyester shell and lining, this iteration of the Nano Puff reinforces why so many people call this the “magic jacket.” Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
- Lightweight 100% recycled ripstop polyester shell has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed light moisture
- PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) tech provides great warmth for its weight—even when wet
- Brick quilting pattern and horizontal quilted side panels with abrasion-resistant thread stabilize insulation for more durability as an outer layer and lower bulk under shells
- A slightly larger hood improves hood lift and is more comfortable at the chin; minimally bound, under-the-helmet hood construction is simple and comfortable
- Center-front zipper has a wicking interior stormflap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort
- Improved shoulder fit and elbow articulation offer better mobility
- 1 internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuff sack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop
- 2 zippered handwarmer pockets with cleanly finished zipper garages
