Protection for common accidental rental damage.
For a one-time fee of $20, our Damage Protection plan covers accidental damage to your kayak, paddle, and PFD for up to $1,500 in repair or replacement costs. This optional coverage helps prevent unexpected charges so you can focus on enjoying your time on the water.
Please note: Damage Protection is optional. Coverage does not include lost or stolen equipment, intentional damage, or damage resulting from misuse or negligence.

Damage Protection does not cover every type of issue. Customers are still responsible for proper use, care, and return of rental equipment.

- Intentional damage
- Damage resulting from misuse

Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to use rental equipment responsibly, transport it safely, and return all included gear and accessories.
- Return the kayak, paddle, and PFD
- Transport equipment safely
- Avoid misuse or careless handling
- Notify Bill & Paul’s of any issue at return
